The only thing that I’ve noticed after we have zerorez come out.. in some areas there is splatter on the walls, small amounts, some of the edges against the wall get missed and it can be seen.

Excellent service, had my carpets cleaned around 5 months ago - they accomplished getting these old carpets cleaner than I had ever expected. Had 2 matching chairs that were over 12 years old, decided to try having these cleaned because budget, and my age (82), would not allow the purchase of any new furniture. Price was acceptable and they turned out - like the carpets - better than I had ever expected. Thank you Zerorez.

One of the vans parked in my driveway. The van leaked oil all over my new driveway. We are in the process of seeing if they can remove the oil. If the oil can not be removed, I am requesting that the company replace the damaged pavers.
Always a pleasure working with your technicians. They are professional, informative and friendly. Carpets are never too wet and look like new when finished.

Great customer service and products
As a first time customer I was pleasantly surprised at how the entire process was easy and convenient. Our service provider, Tyler, was excellent and did a wonderful job, was courteous and professional from start to finish. We are already planning having him come back and do more work for us. The carpets were beautiful and he made them look like new again! I'm glad I believed all the commercials I've heard for many years about zerorez, as you have lived up to your well-deserved reputation. Thank you!

Technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
I have been cleaning the spots that didn’t get clean and have them much cleaner.
The guy worked hard and long on my furniture and was very pleasant, but didn’t work on any one place more than another that I saw or had the wrong cleaners.
I feel the waterproofing put on with a cloth and only a bit of liquid won’t hold up.
The person I talked to when I set up the cleaning was very nice and tried to understand the type of fabric I had, but I didn’t know either.
Unfortunately it is what it is.
I won’t recommend you, but I also won’t criticize your job to anyone.
