I have to say I was disappointed with Ryan as I asked him to do my office as he wasn’t doing all of my living room and the area in the office would of made up for it and he said he would do it for 43 dollars more. I know you’re in the business to make money but that price was over the top. It makes me sad to think as long as I have been a customer he would not negotiate that . So in future don’t send Ryan out to our house my husband was not happy as he’s been in carpet cleaning business for 40 years and said that was a rip off . Just being honest.
All I can say is WOW!!!! my tech Jackson was outstanding!!!! timely, conscientious, kind, and hard working THANK YOU!!!!
Our technician was friendly and courteous, he arrived on time and got the job done quickly, we have used Zerorez for years, it’s the only company we will ever use, they are the best

Technicians are always on time. Call when they are on their way. Would like for them to wear shoe covers in house
The quality of work
My scheduled window was 8a -10a. Take the day off and I am up at 6 getting everything ready for this as scheduled, take the dog to day care and be back at the house by 8. Get a call at 940 that it's gonna be 1030. Get a call at 1045 that it's gonna be 1105a. Missed a business lunch due to the delay and not being finished til almost 1p
Our carpets feel like new and smell fresh and clean! Core, our service technician, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and efficient! He addressed areas of concern and explained the potential levels of care. We definitely appreciated his thoroughness and personality! We highly recommend Zerorez and will be scheduling future appointments as needed! Thank you for providing this excellent opportunity!

Techs are so knowledgeable, kind and keep you updated with what treatment they are doing and/or what works best for your carpet.

The tech that came out was kind, courteous and did an amazing job! He was on time and communicated throughout the process. I was cleaning our carpets and upholstery prior to our new baby arriving and I am so thankful that he did such a thorough job! 10/10 highly recommend.
