Area rug doesn’t appear clean, some minor stain spots stills visible, fibers rough to touch. Rug was soft prior to cleaning. Arranged cleaning due to temporary storage in between moving was hoping to have it freshened up. Not impressed by this service.
We did a basic carpet cleaning in our new condo and had amazing results. Very dirty carpet that was completely clean afterwards. Our representative Jason was super helpful and did a great job! Would highly recommend him to anyone else wanting to use Zerorez.
What we like is NO CHEMICALS used!! Your special care in removing urine stains left by our aging dogs. Professional staff.

Usual outstanding job and experience
2nd time using ZEROREZ. !st time they were able to get out a paint stain that i clumsily spilled on the carpet, along with grease spots from my workboots. They did a great job. This tome I needed pets stains from my sick elderly cat and, believe it or not grease stains from my boots AGAIN. I really need to be more aware. Great job this time with stain and odor removal. Not to mention, they were able to show up early. Thanks. Hopefully I wont need you a 3rd time, but if I do, you are my ONLY CALL!

Excellent customer service on the phone! A little confusing when scheduling specific services online. Hard to understand the tech sometimes. The shower cleaning seemed very expensive for what we got. But the carpet cleaning and difference it made was awesome! Thank you for clean carpets! Our new home feels more livable now :)

Too costly for smaller items! Paid over $740 for the job. Furniture job was excellent carpet cleaning and protectant ok.
The tech, Spencer, was very knowledgeable, thorough, and recommended the right treatments for the types of flooring I had as well as letting me know of treatments or services that wouldn't work best with the travertine tile we have. Would love to have Spencer complete future cleanings again.
Our service was fantastic! We were the last house of the day, but our technician still had a smile on his face and clearly wanted to provide great service. He cared about our wants and explained every step of the process clearly. We had already expected that we had underestinated the square feet so we had anticipated paying more than our quote. Carpet still looks great 2 days later. Very pleased! Would use again and would recommend.
I feel like the carpets did not get completely cleaned as the tech only took 20 minutes to do 4 bedrooms. There are 2 stains that should have come out that I will get out on my own. Carpet felt like there is a film on it. The tile was done very inconsistent and areas that don’t look clean at all. The tech had no personality.
My only complaint was how much it cost. It was almost $300 for 3 rooms (2 fairly small), a closet and area rug. The cleaning was well done and they look great. Just thought the price was a bit steep. I would certainly recommend you to others but would mention the cost.

Cleaner was quite rude. My carpets were not fully done. Didn’t feel clean after the service was done. Spots still had stains and some spots were skipped over. Service felt rushed and half done.
Brendan J was awesome! He did what other Zerorez employees have done.
He brought in fans to dry, he looked under my area rug for puddles, he mopped up excess water on floor around my area rug. He then raked my rug. He sprayed protection on it and raked it again. I've never had other technicians do this over the last 3 service calls.
