Being 9 months pregnant, I was so excited to have someone clean my floors so I didn’t have to. Unfortunately, I had to mop after the nice gentleman left because there were shoe prints from him everywhere on my tile. I wouldn’t ever recommend tile cleaning from this company, it seems as if they only specialize in carpets.
The service was great! They were able to come out quickly, which I was grateful for as it was a bit of an emergency to get these carpets cleaned. The prices are reasonable and very well explained. The carpets all look great and no odors. The tech called me afterward and explained how the job went and pricing, as I was not able to be onsite.
I would highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

The tech was throwing things down my brand new stairs flooring. Throwing equipment down on the floors upstairs. Even cracked a tile from what I could see (wasn't cracked before he came) scratched my new paint on my doors, baseboards, and walls. Very rough on everything

The carpet cleaner banged up my base boards
I had my 12x9 synthetic rug cleaner yesterday 8/23 and while the rug looks clean it smells the same as before the cleaning. The cleaner said his phone wasn’t working so he couldn’t give us a quote for additional service to help with the smell of dog urine. It was a bit confusing.
