Did a good jib
My estimate online was around $600. It ended up costing me over $1700. There is white residue in the grout and spots that are still dirty. The carpet stayed wet for over 24 hours. He shined a black light on the dirty spots and when he was finished cleaning he shined the black light again and you could still see the dirty spots, so not sure if it really cleaned anything. My carpet is now crusty all over.
Nice work--i will be calling them back because a couple of spots did not disappear. I use Zerorez exclusively.

I love that you got the cat pee, and smell out of my carpet. My carpets feels soft and clean. The cleaning product smell wasn't overwhelming it was soft and gentle.

The carpet is definitely cleaner than I expected, but now it looks a little like it has leprosy. It's slightly lighter in some random patches than in others.

Fast, efficient, friendly service
Paid extra to have the odor removed. Original estimate was $180, after the tech called and told me what needed to be done for full clean and odor removal it was $330.
Odor still there, was asked to pay an additional $150.
Tech was really nice through. I don’t just appreciate dishonesty and hidden fees. Be up front, be transparent.
My house is being sold and will be using another company to finish the job.

Tim was fabulous -told me about more options but never pushed so that it was annoying…he knew his stuff and never even took a break in 3-1/2 hrs. I added on 800 sq ft of tile the
Night before and he was still able to do it. Had a film over the tile…I thought it was wax but he said -let me do a
Spot and we’ll see…it all came off! He was amazing and I love your company!!

He brought in fans to dry, he looked under my area rug for puddles, he mopped up excess water on floor around my area rug. He then raked my rug. He sprayed protection on it and raked it again. I've never had other technicians do this over the last 3 service calls.
The service was scheduled quickly and the technician did a great job! I would highly re immens!
