My carpets are always clean and stain free. I have a puppy so there was a lot of prep spots, zerorez got it all out, it looks beautiful. Also their technicians are so friendly and work really hard to get your carpets the cleanest, Matt S did a great job.
Spencer was a fantastic technician! He was prompt, professional, and really listened to my expectations/requests and didn't try to oversell me. He educated me on how best to clean up after my pet in the future and made a recommendation for what I could do now and what could wait until later. While my service was more than what I originally thought I would pay per the online appointment form, I am happy I made the investment. The carpets look, feel, and smell great!! I wasn't pleased with the end result. I paid $315 for my sectional to be cleaned. Doesn't look any better.
My mother has COPD and I am comforted that only ionized water is being utilized for cleaning. This ensures that there are no potentially harmful chemicals for both my mother, and our rescue dogs. Additionally, we needed to re-schedule 2x, and they were incredibly easy to work with.
