Great Customer Service and excellent results
I have never used your company and I was so EXCITED TO get a superior clean. Your technician was personable and nice but I felt like he rushed our job. He sat outside in his truck longer than he ran machines over our carpet. Particularly the stairs. It took him minutes. He ran over the stair tread tops very briefly and was done. My grown service industry son watched him work and told me I should not tip him,. We are all trades people and I was not satisfied or happy to pay almost $500 for a Rush job. I would not choose zero res again at that level of service for the price.

Scott put in extra effort to remove the stubborn stains in the grout. He did an outstanding job and yes I will have you come back for my other rooms.
Apparently there was equipment malfunction issues that left lots of marks and dirty water pooled areas. The crew were very good about redoing those areas that looked bad, manually on their knees. But it ended up taking longer and there were still a few spots we noticed this morning in better light that needed our attention. I would say the crew did the best they could under the circumstances but it wasn't a really positive experience.
I like that I can only have one area rug cleaned if I choose.
I also like that they do not use any harsh cleaners.
The technician was very nice, it just cost me a lot more this time and I don't really know why. The previous tech pre-treated all the dog stains before too and the only difference was this time I added a 4x6 rug which came out kind of okay.

The carpet looked beautiful. Spencer rejuvenated our 8- year old carpet. He explained things thoroughly, especially about pet problems.
I discussed prior to scheduling and i discussed with the technician that we had dogs and last time I had carpet cleaned it smelt horrendous of wet dog and I had to call the company to come back and fix. Tech said wouldn’t be a problem. It’s been 2 days and 3 rooms smell horrendous of wet dog
They did a super job! My carpets look clean and feel great! The supervisor also gave me some great advice I know will keep my carpets looking better and lasting longer.
The best carpet cleaning by far. We have a dog so had to use extraction for urine stain. Roberto was our technician and was fabulous. He said he "gave alot of love" to the stain, which he absolutely did.
Carpet is amazingly clean. Staff were polite, professional and on time!!
The 2 men who cleaned my carpet arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous, explained the quote. My carpets look great.
Great service and loved the cleaning
I had one of my rooms cleaned and treated and now it smells worse than it did before. The tech said there wasn’t saturated stains so it was ok.

Been using this company for years. I like how the carpets dry quickly.
It was very easy to schedule online and my Zerorez rep was on time and very friendly.
You were not honest with the cost of the job. I thought it was get 3 rooms for the price of 2 because I booked in August. I wanted my great room treated like 2 rooms and the 3rd free was to be part of it. I only have a 1435 sq ft house. Great room kitchen area, a large master bedroom, den, guest room, 2 bathrooms and a small laundry room. I did not care for the service person as he was very condescending and this is how it is and the last time you were hear it was treated as 3 rooms. The difference is I had more done the time before. 2 bedrooms, hall, laundry room and chairs cleaned. I thought my bid included the protection but found out that is sold when you get here. I have not decided if I will ever use you again or not. The 3 area rugs came out great.
