Excellent service
This is the second time that we have used you this year. Both times we were not satisfied. The stain was still there. Last week we had a water spill in the bedroom and it left a mildew smell. The technician came out for maybe 20 minutes and charged us almost $200 and it still smells.
Also, each time a technician comes by all they care about is selling us their miracle water cleaner.
David is a true professional. He came on time with the Covid protocols in place. He explained every detail to me of how he was going to clean. He worked on the spots of my sofa with extra care.. My sofa set looks almost new. I am so thrilled & trusted Zerorez so much, that I even gave them my silk carpet to clean. Amazing job by David & Zerorez.

I appreciate the clean way they get the dirt out of our carpets & I like that they can get pet hair out. They are quick, efficient & friendly.

Technician was on time, knowledgeable and professional. Carpet looks great after cleaning. Only thing, we wish we would have purchased a rake like the one use by the technician. It picked up a lot of dog hair!

They use no chemicals in special water so all animals are safe. It goes way into the carpet and pulls out the dirt. It really does leave your carpet looking several shades lighter.
My carpets do not fell stiff after cleaning.the time frame between cleaning seems to be longer because there’s no soap residue. Jeff the technician was great.
On time, worked quickly and did a great job. One of our area rugs lost some color so be sure of your product before you start. The tech advised us beforehand but we told him to go ahead because it was an old rug.

What I like the most from having Zerorez Phoenix clean my carpets and tile floors is just that--THEY GET THE JOB DONE!!! I have been a Zerorez customer for 10 years, and I wouldn't consider any other cleaning company in the Peoria/Phoenix area! My carpets were cleaned on Thursday, November 4, 2021; the technician who cleaned my carpets was Christopher Edwards. He did an exceptional job, and I was extremely pleased. All I can say is the following, Zerorez Phoenix: KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB!!!

Scheduling was easy. We were scheduled for afternoon however they were running early (which made me happy) so they called to see if they could come earlier. Our tech Mark was extremely pleasant, discussed what we needed and did an excellent job. Our carpets were very dirty and now look almost new. We had some stains that were cleaned numerous times, and They are gone!
I thought the price for 2 rooms was high $150.00, but I will use them as they do an exceptional job.
