The reason I am giving 7 because I had to have second cleaning done the day after the first service.
The crew came for the original (first) carpet cleaning was horrible.
As soon as they arrived, he tried to upsell. We did agree to upgrade with Topical Biological Treatment. 2 people came, one person was in training. The trainer stepped out and sat in his car while the trainee started to clean. About 10 minutes later, I wanted to look how everything is going. Machine was on, he was standing there looking at his cell phone.
After about 30 minutes, they said it is all done. It was two rooms carpet, 2 closets and stairways. I was surprise it was done that quickly. They wanted me to see and make sure all are good. Carpets were wet and still dirty. I told the trainer, he padded the carpet with white towel, it got soaked and turned gray. He flipped the towel and said it's clean and it will dry. They did not do the risers of the stairways. I asked why and he said they are only supposed to do the treads. I did not want to argue with him so I paid and sent them away. I called the office to explain what happened and asked about the stairs. The trainer person completely lied.
I cannot remember the name of person that I spoke on the phone, but he did apologize and said rescheduled me for another service.
The next day, Ramone came with his trainee. Ramone did AWESOME job. He made sure to show me what he was going to do and what will be done. He asked me if things were done in such ways with tools by the other crew, and my answers were NO. They did not do ANYTHING that Ramone showed me and did.
I would give perfect 10 to Ramone, but because of the other crew, I am giving 7.
Carpets are cleaner and dry faster!

I want to start off by saying that you guys always do an amazing JOB. I never not happy with the work you guys do. You guys are always on time or even early which makes my soul happy. I don't remember my last tech guys name but would love to request him as our main guy. Thank you guys for an amazing job.
Your service is always professional, as well as informative as to better care for carpets that are in heavy traffic areas.
So polite and efficient! Our carpet looks đź‘Ť , we always know you'll get all the stains out. Our kitty, Ollie, is almost 12 and sometimes gets hairballs, and an upset stomach when he eats too fast!! He's so precious to us, so it gives comfort to know we can call you if we can't geothermal spot clean!!!

Majority of the time, the products clean well.
Very courteous and professional individuals came to the home, shared what they were going to do with us and provided us the total cost before starting. They were protective of the walls and flooring with the hose and did everything as careful as possible while doing a terrific job on the carpeting and tile.
The end result was carpeting that looked fantastic and tile that looked almost as good as new. I was thoroughly impressed with the work and the individuals who performed it.
No chemical odor, carpet wasn't soaked so it dried quickly. Great friendly customer service from technician. Very well pleased! Highly recommend.

Quickly Clean carpets without harsh chemicals.
The technician was quite friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, after the carpet dried three of the spots he just treated are still quite noticeable.

I love the technician that came out and cleaned our office carpet, he removed most of the stains in the office. He was very honest about how he might ruin our area rugs in the office, due to the materials it was made out. We also appreciate the on time service and clean up after words.
