Great responsive service and wonderful results!!
4 small rooms of carpet. Some pet pee spots, were revealed. We agreed to $40 per room to sole extra spray in stuff. And after our guy left, they were still there. I feel like our carpet is still in bad shape. We are in a rental home currently while our house is being built. Just want to keep it nice for another year.
Friendly serviceman, no crunchy feeling carpet afterwards. Good service.

My bathroom downstairs was not cleaned as well as the other areas with tile. Grout in some places still very dark. When I asked about it while tech was here he said it was just because it was still wet. Looked the same after it dried
The gentleman who did the work was friendly and courteous. He made a few suggestions about cleaning our house, without being pushy
It’s probably out of your control, I should have tried to use some of my products before having you use your extraction vacuum because the spot treatment where the cats urine is still very potent.
Pretty much the same as everyone else. Stains go away for a short while then reappear

I have had my carpets and upholstered furniture cleaned over the years but I have never experienced the thoroughness and professionalism that I have experienced from the Zerorez technicians and staff. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone and in fact have already recommended them to family and friends.
Jacob did a fabulous job on the carpets throughout my house!! He arrived on schedule, was very professional, explained the procedure & proceeded to tackle the work in a timely manner. Try again. A gross puddle of material was left that by the next day is now a hard spot. And it’s still wet a little. There is still debris in some corners and instead of smelling like cat urine, it now smells like wet dog. I’m not sure how that happened.

Hello I had service done Friday morning. I am not happy at all . The odor did not go away and the stains came back once it dried up. The guy who was doing my service didn’t know what was going on I asked about a solution we can use and other questions and he said he didn’t know this was his first time that that occurred to him . I would like to speak with someone as soon as possible about my service
The entire house is 1848sq feet and it took the agent about an hour to clean entire house??! Was not clean once it dried. I am highly
