Service and quality of the cleaning.
The technicians were excellent.
I was disappointed due to the fact that I was not informed of 1. the fuel charge or the 2. environmental fee and therefor the charges were more than I was quoted. I was told that I was sent an email, Not true!, I was told I was going to receive and email after the cleaning Not true!
I don't know who all has access to my bank card information since the tech put my information in his personal phone. Very poor payment method.
Love that there is no shampoo residue.

I chose Zerorez because you do not use harsh chemicals in the cleaning process. Our carpets looked good after having them cleaned and dried fairly quickly, more so than if we were to use someone else but the best part is the "no chemicals" being used in the process. It was also easy to schedule my appointment and your office staff and Carpet Technician were very friendly, professional and helpful. Great communication with the reconfirming of my appointment and with the estimate and receipt.

The technician did a great job in getting the carpets clean including some spots that had resisted my best efforts to remove. Appreciate the great service and would recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.
Kattie (Katherine) resurrected our carpet. She was so thorough she should get a raise and be employee of the month. Everyone in the house is excited about having "new" carpet. I definitely recommend Zerorez and will most certainly use them again and more often.

I had used zerorez in the past and really liked them, but this time I was very disappointed and will not use them again. The rugs appear to be ok, but the tile cleaning was not. I pointed this out to the young man, and he said he had done all he could. After he left, I was able to scrub out a grout stain with cleaner and a sponge so he could have done better. The biggest issue I have is when they cleaned up their mess, they used the mop they had cleaned up the dirty tile with. This left a film all over my wood floors which I have mopped 4 times and can still not remove all of the film. I have my house on the market to sell and this film on my wood floors is an issue. I will not use this company again and I will contact all of my friends that I had recommended you to previously and tell them not to use you. I paid a lot of money for this mess.
The Tech was amazing! he was so professional and did a great job. The company however sucks, I asked on the phone how much extra for a spot treatment where my puppy peed. I had cleaned it already just wanted to make sure. She said no problem the tech will give you the price once he is there. I asked her to just give me an estimate and she said not much.
I will never use you again because not much was sickening. He told me after my 118.00 cleaning (which after your stupid fees came to 142.00, the spot treatment was an additional 150.00 nuts! I will also never refer you again and I will tell everyone how much you rip people off.
Zerorez does a great job. But Pricey! Even with the promotions!
