Your employees are all the best of the best. Both in attitude and work ethic. NEVER have I had a bad experience. My carpet in the apartment is old and should have been replaced when I moved in here. But I always have the best possible experience when your people come to clean. They never make me feel embarrassed with my dirty raggedy carpet and they do the best they can with what I have. Never try to rip me off with too much extra service that they know wont really renew this carpet but they get it as clean as possible. Thank you for being a company that cares about its customers. That is becoming more and more rare these days.
We had our new home floors cleaned recently and the gentleman who was here did a fantastic job. My father was here as we were in process of driving the moving truck when we got the floors cleaned but the final product was great and my father said that the gentleman did a great job and worked very hard during his time.
Service was great and job was well done and timely.
Service tech was friendly and trustworthy. I thought the zerorez process would have taken more of the carpet stains out then it did but overall I’m happy with the service and would recommend them.

The service tech was so nice. Sadly our carpet is on its last legs and can only be cleaned to a certain degree. The tech offered to go over these spots a few times to see if that would help.
Zerorez always does a great job for me. The technician listens to my concerns. Love that they give me a small wait window instead of making me wait all day, and also give me a text to know my tech is on the way.

Great company! They care. Showed up on time, was willing to take extra time to do work I hadn't scheduled and the outcome was superb! Highly recommend this company and will use them again when I need carpet cleaning and grout cleaning.
You come on time, call before hand and wear something that I knew when you came to the door who you were. Introduced our helper and got right at it.

The technician that arrived to clean my carpets was in and out in 30 mins for 3 rooms. Quick, slip-shot work, left a lot of stains on the carpet. He charged me an extra $80 for pre-treatment but in my opinion did not give the treatment time to work and rushed the cleaning. I still have stains on my carpet that I am now left to get out myself.
The technician then told me to rate him a 10. I could not step on the wet carpet naturally as I did not want to walk on a wet surface, from a distance all looked OK when he left. It was only when the carpet dried that I noticed he had not done such a great job. I paid over $200 dollars for not even 30 mins of quick, fast, hurry up and get to the next house service. I am left disappointed.

The carpet cleaner guy did a good job, but I wasn't notified by the company on what time they would be coming. I was not fully prepared, and forgot to move some items, I wanted moved. Disappointed.

I like that you use a carpet lifter and take the time to thoroughly clean each room rather than rushing through it. And I like the 'no crunch' feeling of the carpet afterwards. I especially like the work that David Mitchell does. I've had other people from Zerorez clean my carpets, but David is the best!
