Doesnt clean stains as well as I thought it would.
Our carpets look really good now and the young man who cleaned them was personable and professional. He really cared to do a good job and paid extra attention to some heavy stains. I like how he checked with me before the cleaning and during so that I could give my input and see the progress being made.

The technician arrived on time, explained what he would do, and the work was great. I would definitely use them again.
They did a good job getting the carpet clean and spot free. They said it would be 4-8 hrs. to dry and some of the carpet was still damp 12 hrs. later.
Some of the furniture needed younger hands to move but they would help, that needs to change.
Everything, no complaints. Service was quick, friendly, and well done! Highly recommend.
