please be on time. the window i had was extended considerably. but the time the technician arrived and finished, it was 3:30 and the carpets were wet all evening, through the night and all morning. also, use less suction. when you see carpets bubbling up under the suction pressure, apply less! this is a residence, not a commercial space!

Carpets came out okay. But area rug smells even worse than before despite special treatment and tech left my floors with puddles and shoe prints. I was left with more work than before he came.
The service cleaner was very knowledgeable about the Xerorez product and the cleaning operation of my carpets. I enjoyed his enthusiasm and willingness to explain how the cleaning products work. I love the cleaning product!
