Cesar and Brooke were here two days ago and did an excellent job cleaning our 15 year old carpets. They were friendly and efficient and cleaned three rooms in about one hour. We have used Zerorez since 2011, always with excellent results.

We have used Zerorez at least 2x before, always have a super experience with their method/process in how they truly get carpets clean. No weird chemical smells or soggy wet carpets ever. Everything dries out overnight and is not crunchy or soapy slimy at all. Highly recommend them without a hesitation.

I requested to have my tile flooring and tile countertops to be cleaned, he only cleaned the floor. As for the floor, he got it clean but missed a dozen obvious spots. Lastly I asked him to go through the garage, he used the front door instead. as a result, whatever solution you use to pretreat the tile stained my concrete flooring with his footprints. I now need to have the concrete cleaned because he didn't follow instructions. I hate to sound rude, but when you see the layout of my house you will see that this was an easy problem to avoid.

Always professional. Concentrates on problem areas. Excellent job. Even wiped down my hardwood floor in the area hoses were and where he walked. I have used and recommended Zerorez for years. Also, I use spray bottle of their special cleaning water on many items, too. Works great.
Kind and quick service, carpet feels clean and no residue.
First, I work 12 hour night shift and scheduled the earliest time that was good for me so I could get my sleep before the appt. They showed up 2 hours early.
Second, we opted for the bio treatment as we have an old dog who has had some accidents in the house. The person doing the cleaning tried, unsuccessfully, to use some kind of light to determine where the urine was on the carpet, then proceeded to just pour some of the chemical straight out of the gallon jug onto the carpet where they thought there was urine.
Now, 2 days later, one part of our carpet is still damp and it smells worse then before we had it cleaned. This isn't the first time we have used Zerorez, but its the first time we have been disappointed with the results. I am now looking for another company to come in ASAP.

FIRST THE TECHNICIAN CAME OUT , AND TOLD ME THAT HE WOULDNT CLEAN MY CARPETS BECAUSE OF URINE IN MY CARPETS. AND IF I WANTED THEM CLEANED IW OULD HAVE TO PAY 4.000 DOLLARD TOTAL TO CLEAN MY HOUSE ,I SAID IF IM GOING TO PAY THAT I WOULD PUT NEW FLOORING. I ASKED HIM TO CALL THE MANAGER OF HIS CO, AFTER A DISCUSSION THEY CLEANED MY HOUSE FOR THE CUSTOMER REP QUOTED ME. MY CARPETS CAME OUT FINE. WITH NO URINE SMELL. I FEEL THAT WHEN A TECHNICIAN SHOULD NOT ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER. I KNOW MY HOUSE, I INSTALLED GOOD STAIN RESISTANT BACK WHEN I BOUGHT MY HOUSE. THE FLOORS CAME OUT BEAUTIFUL.
