Allow technicians to create quote, or a way to generate quote. I asked for a quote on tile and grout cleaning, and received verbal quote but not a written quote. Technician said I had to go onto website and enter information to get a quote generated. This could be a lose of business, as I need to discuss with my wife, and we normally use written or generated quotes for discussions. Make things easier for your customers, we are the reason you have a business.

I choose Zerorez because I prefer nontoxic chemical free products.

I was disappointed in this carpet cleaning service. I saw the advertisement for Zerorez on a Tv program so I decided to try them out. It was more money than I was used to paying but I wasn't happy with the last company so I wanted to try someone different. The carpet was left really wet so it took awhile to dry. My husband said that he mentioned to the cleaner that it was really wet and he still left it like that. We have a stain that always comes back a month or so after we get the carpet clean with Zerorez the stain came back the next day. I will not be using the service with them again. 

They do a great job and are reliable.

I needed to arrange for carpet cleaning and ceramic tile cleaning while I was out of town, for a vacant property. Everything was handled over the phone expertly with courteous and friendly staff. They made an appointment in a timely manner and the technician was able to let himself into the house with a lockbox and key I provided. The job was done as promised and as quoted. I was able to pay for the job using the credit card over the phone as well. The best part is, in the photos I was sent by my realtor, you could tell how much better the carpets and tile looked! It's too bad I couldn't see them in person! I would highly recommend their services for anybody, no matter where you're located throughout the Valley.

I’m dissatisfied with the quality of the job. My carpet is fairly new, I have no pets, and the only reason I searched for carpet cleaning service was to treat the traffic areas in the hallway, where it started to notice some stains. The rest of the carpet in the rooms and had no issues.
After the service, there was no improvement on the stains, it looks pretty much the same as before. Further, after almost 24 hours of the cleaning, there are some areas where the carpet is still wet, even though I kept fans on. This is contrary to what was advertised and told by the technician that it would take between 4-8 hrs to get dry.

Refine your “difficult spot” removal practices.
You should be a bit more Prolific at removing common stains such as coffee.
