The technician did a great job while I was there but as soon as I left, he quickly wrapped it up and did not clean my two chairs and ottoman. My 18 year old son was there with him but not paying attention. I didn't notice until the next morning and my day was already booked up. Very disappointing end to a good service appointment and a good track record with Zerorez.

Quit nick picking on doing a small hallway especially when a small bedroom has a bed and there’s not much carpeting in there space wise. Also I heard on the radio what I just had done is now $10 cheaper. Can I get the difference credited to my credit card?

We just had Zerorez come and clean our living room/hallway carpet yesterday (two words- new puppies) and they did an outstanding job! This is probably the third or fourth time in the last year that we’ve used them and they consistently exceed our expectations, especially with our carpet that’s over 10 yrs old! We had an appointment last month and needed to cancel because of sick kids and I was a little bit worried about it because it was less than 24 hrs before the appointment time but the rep I spoke with was very kind and compassionate and didn’t charge us a late fee. The techs arrive on time and have always been very polite and respectful. I’d also like to note that they normally finish the job much faster then I anticipate too! I highly recommend Zerorez to everyone that asks me who I use.
