Arrived early and discussed the extra spot treatment. So far we can see a big difference in the trouble spots. Carpets look clean.

I called the get pricing on a rug that was already done by zerorez in the past. I scheduled the pick up. They told me 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I called because I hadnt heard anything. At that time they tell me they cant do my rug due to the material. I explained they have done it before so she put me on hold & came back & said ok they can do it but it will be another month before its done

I like that they don’t use harsh chemicals to clean. I’m sensitive to strong smells so this works for me.

Very nice person who came to clean the carpets, company easy to schedule with, but the carpets just don't look as clean as they have with other cleanings. The product? The method? Still seeing large dirty/dark looking are in office. Can you send someone out to take a look at why this is the case?
