Tell people ahead of time about additional charges for a 2nd floor apartment job.
Have tried you guys twice now on two different properties and both times results have been less than desired. This last time they missed a whole bedroom.

Always do a good job cleaning and show up on time.
Our technician was friendly, courteous and efficient. He did a good job and our carpets are clean and fresh. However the advertised price obviously has restrictions and didn't come close to covering the cost for our needs.
The tech reported her hoses weren’t long enough for our three story and that there would be an extra fee. We told her we entered three stories when we booked online and asked her to check the hoses. The hoses were more than long enough. She marked up the walls with the hoses and told us she had to charge extra for a closet that is not that large. She also recommended that we rent a rug dr instead because our carpets looked fine. She did our couch but clearly missed area, when they were pointed out she said it was customary to only vacuum and not shampoo certain areas, we ended up doing this areas out selves after she left

Excellent cleaning products
The person was very nice but the carpet in my office is still dirty. I took a wet paper towel and rubbed it over what looked like the dirty spot and you can see the dirt come off on the paper towel. I also wasn't happy with the way the carpet looked like it had different tones of color. The person said it was the way the nape was but I tried to vacuum it to make it look uniform again and it still looked bad. There is a very obvious difference between the light and dark arear on the carpet (and my carpet should be all 1 color). Not sure if something was damaged in the process but we will be trying a different company going forward.
Tile cleaning went really well! The grout was porous so we had some deterioration of it, but Zerorez sent someone out to have it touched and looks good as new! Appreciate their quality of service and great staff! Thank you!

I am a long time customer - use you both home and business. I am awaiting a call back as my cleaning yesterday was not satisfactory. My carpet felt really crunchy after drying, I tried vacuuming it and it is still really crunchy. Technician was pretty quick - I think the rinse cycle got missed.
Easy to make an appointment, Technician arrived on time and is pleasant and knowledgeable and explains the options, Zerorez uses processes involving water and no harsh chemicals, the machines used are new and clean, and the grout cleaning was a complete success.
