Liked that I could take my ara rug to the Zerorez facility. Plus, reasonable pricing.
I really don’t know what to say other than the grout dried and 98% was clean but 2% dried dirty. I’ve been going through and cleaning the missed spots. My wife could see what I was saying and she said although there are some spots that needed to be cleaned it was not worth bringing you back. She said that the carpets were clean. We are overall satisfied. You cleaned area rug but not the tile underneath but that was in estimate because added $100 to clean the area rug. I’ll get over it as my wife tells me to move on
The service was excellent. I called to see if they could come sooner than originally scheduled and they were able to come out the same day. The cleaning was great and made a huge difference in my brother's new house. We're very happy and will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them to family and friends.

We had three rooms of carpet and one of tile recently cleaned. The technician was friendly and polite. It only took about an hour--99% of all stains were removed so we were very happy with the results. Best part of all--no odor from cleaning solutions! I have had major allergy reactions to other companies' cleaning in the past.

I am a multi repeat customer and would never think to have any other company clean my carpets. These guys do a fabulous job and my carpets are a testament to that care. Easy to schedule, show up in time, are very considerate and continue to be affordable care for longer lasting carpets. Sign me a loyal customer.

Each of the past 3x you have cleaned my carpet, there has been damage. This last time was a gash out of the wall.
They got the stains out of my daughter's room.
I put in a negative response because it was what I would call hidden charges fine print a fee for gasoline a fee for disposing of their water, and their solution was to send me their contract. I’m not happy, and I will not reuse them.
