Your techs are always knowledgeable and helpful. I only use Zerorez because my carpets feel clean and fluffy. No chemical crunchiness or smells.

A very nice job. My carpets look fabulous! In the past, after carpet cleaners had finished, I was often left wondering why I bothered to call them at all. I'll definitely use ZeroRez again.
EXCELLENT JOB, COURTEOUS AND POLITE
It is, and it was a wonderful afternoon. Puppies' lack of training was erased. spills are gone, and 13 years of history lost to clean. Love it! it is too bad I can not send pictures, it is so beautiful and smells so good.
