Jason, our technician was courteous, professional early which helped us a lot, and he delivered wonderful end result on the carpet cleaning. He successfully cleaned two carpet rooms extra for us that other carpet cleaners have refused to do. They looked great, and so did the other carpet.

My technician cleaned 4 rooms and a 10x 12 area rug in a total of 40 minutes. I am concerned it was not your usual though job. The bill was $345. On an hourly basis that is $518 an hour, the price of a lawyer! I think you should refund about half of the fee charged.
