Your sales personnel can be trained better. Very confusing interaction with your sales person when I called for service. I described the work I needed completed, stating that the house is vacant-empty. Several time's your sales person felt it necessary to say your tech's will not move furniture. Your tech's do not vacuum before cleaning, that must be done by the home owner? I own multiple rentals and decided to give Zero Rez an opportunity to earn my business. Not sure you guys are a good fit for my needs. Sometime's the carpet may need to be vacuumed before cleaning, you may want to think about being a full service carpet cleaning company so landlords can trust you to complete a job vs making excuses not to do the work? Just a suggestion. Also, a Rep from Zero Rez called at approx. 10:50am morning of my cleaning to inform me the tech was running early. I had to ask twice how early is the tech running? What time will he arrive? Your Rep said he would arrive at 1:15pm instead of 2pm. I said ok. The tech arrived around 11:10am. Not very good communication from both Zero Rez office staff. On a better note - Your Tech that arrived was great! Very courteous, clean and walked through the home and explained everything very well. Did a great job cleaning the carpet.

I ended the day with amazingly clean carpet!

Timely appointment along with updates about when service person would arrive. Tranor listened carefully to my concerns and worked his best to get out an old stain from my pet dog along with the carpet being 10+years old. I appreciated his care and efficiency. Definitely call your company again. Thanks

Very disappointed. Upgraded to address one area with pet stain. One gallon used. Paid for topical treatment as well....carpets don't even look like they were cleaned. Was told the upgrades would address. Probably should have used another company.

Jessie did my floors and furniture on Tuesday. He did a great 👍 job. I did find a small area that he missed between 2 chairs but not enough to complain about.

Your worker was so professional, courteous, and did a wonderful job cleaning my carpet. I have a dog and cat and Luis C recommended an additional treatment to really keep my carpet protected. I have used your service for years and highly recommend it.

This guy was terrific! He carried our area rug to the garage, checked the label on the rug & acknowledged that it was a wool rug, & cleaned it till it looked like new! Really, he did a fabulous job & we will call him again & again! We loved the fact that you did not use a detergent & it came out looking like new! Thank you——- you are great!

I'm going to have someone come and measure our bedroom as there is very little carpet

exposed that they have to clean. I have them do one strip in our closet and they always

want to charge me. I'm tired of arguing with them about it. My living room and dining room

are very small also and never very dirty. I'll try you one more time!

Prices were a bit too high— the tech said he could have been more flexible with pricing if we hadn’t self-selected the service before he arrived, which didn’t make sense to us.
