I had 3 rooms cleaned and some removal of pet urine removed from a carpet. Matthew arrived in a happy mood and got ready to work. We discussed what I wanted done and he started in, explaining what was to be done and about how long it would take. I checked in regularly and Matthew updated me on the progress. He finished and the carpets looked magnificent and all the pet stains were gone. A couple of days later, the carpets are dry and the carpets look great for my guests this season. Great work Zerorez!

I thought my technician was a great guy, so this is not about him. I think it comes down to price. The carpet looked good right after he did it and still wet, but the next day it just looked alright. There's a lot of hype about how great you guys are, but in the end I feel like I could have got the same results for half the price. Happiness is the difference between reality and expectations. I will say you are very prompt and professional! I appreciate that and that does have value.

Brady, the tech was wonderful. He had to accomodate us.
The PROBLEM was that we were scheduled for 11-1 and he was scheduled for 9. My husband is an invalid and it takes some work to get him out of bed and moving.
