Techs were wonderful--professional, courteous, interested in doing the best job they could, listened to our concerns and answered questions, explained what they were doing to get best results. I especially appreciated that after finishing with the rugs, they asked if they could walk on them (with their booties of course) instead of just assuming they could. They were top notch!
