The carpet still smells because it took 2 days to dry

We have used them several times over the years and our tile came out great. There were a couple spots that did not lift correctly and they came back the following week and re-did those spots and it looks brand new!

There were several black stains on my parents carpets in several rooms. I was skeptical about the stains even coming out. Zerorez did get the stains out by using their subfloor cleaning system. It worked!!! I am very pleased. Thank you.

First time using you.
Found a big divot in my wall from hoses I guess, plus several marks on lower walls I had to clean off. The carpet seems clean but took two days to dry, longer than a traditional cleaner.
Will use again but monitor the wall padding.

Appreciate Scott coming out earlier than the original window of time. He was conscience of our concerns about keeping the high traffic area of the bedroom carpet clean. He is friendly, courteous, professional. We are very satisfied with the job Scott did and will ruse ZeroRez next time we need the carpet cleaned as well as recommend ZeroRez to family/friends.

My carpets were cleaned yesterday and the technician was extremely knowledgeable and did a great job. Although today, after coming home from work my carpets smell like musty urine. I was able to see with a black light the small amount of urine markings from my small wiener dog so I know it’s not a lot of damage.

How clean the floors feel and look!

Products work very well. I was very happy and satisfied with the rug cleaning. I got at my house in the river. The person that came out was very nice very informative and did a very nice job on the rug. I had the entire house done all rugs cleaned, and it looked very nice afterwards, he was efficient and informative about the products he had and what he could use on my rug for stains and etc.. He did a very good job and I was very happy with the results. .

There's no crunching. They came back to redo 2 sections with no hassles. And Joshua is an excellent employee. Very polite and explained everything he was doing.
