The serviceman was courteous, clean and efficient. Your pledge of no residue was what attacted me. There is no crispyness to my clean carpet. All 3 areas are completely clean. My only disappointment was how long it took to dry - about 48 hours.

The technician and the service was wonderful, but the price is a little over the top. Even though the work was great and the carpets looked and felt great, the price is way over the competitors pricing. If the pricing wasn't so high I would have given a 10!
