I like that the carpet dries quickly and is not crunchy under my feet.
This was the very best cleaning that any of our carpets have ever received. Old stains have been permanently removed. The nap was brought up. It looks almost like new. (The carpet is several years old.) The technicians were professional and friendly, and explained the process to us. We purchased extra Zerorez Multi Surface Cleaner and have found it to be very good as advertised. We will definitely use Zerorez again for all of our carpet cleaning needs.
YOUR TECH WAS VERY POLITE CONSIDERATE AND FRIENDLY. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT.
I am very happy with the service, however I was quoted one price and thought my out the door cost would be right around $150.00, and ended up paying $308.00 out the door. I have already referred your company to a friend, but did tell them up front I was quoted one price and talked in to much, much more.

I started using Zerorez many years ago. I like the way the carpet feels and how it drys quickly. Over the last few years, charging for extras started to appear. Now you want to charge $20 to treat one spot, which is absolutely ridiculous. If this trend continues, I will be forced to find another carpet cleaner.
I would very much recommend zerorez for any carpets that need to be cleaned because it left no chemical residue and no smell. The carpets were dry within an hour. the tech was very nice and answered all my questions.
Carpets are always spotless and look like new.There is no residue and I can move furniture
back onto carpets the next day.Carpets smell great also. I have dogs and it is important

The fact that you use no soap. I like that you give out foot covers so we can walk on the carpet right away. I like thta it dries quicker.
After hearing numerous ads on the radio about how effective Zerorez is, I decided to have them come to clean my carpets. The tech came out on 11/12, and was professional and courteous and cleaned the hallways and great room in about 30 minutes. He told me the dry time would be about 5 - 6 hours. I noticed a musty smell in the carpets soon after but figured the smell would fade upon drying of the carpet. Unfortunatly after the drying was complete it still smelled musty. I was rather disappointed with the outcome, I was hoping the cleaning would leave the carpet smelling fresh however that is not the case. The carpet is only 6 months old so it's not like there has been a lot of traffic on it. I would like to have a service manager call me back to see if there is anything Zerorez can do about the smell. Have tried the cleaner on my laminate flooring and it streaked quite a bit. Tried using just a little and then tried a little more, but I just couldn't get it free of streaks. I will try again, but so far I can't say I'm too happy about your cleaner on lamenate flooring. Hopefully it will work but on other things.
Products worked quickly and removed all our stains!!! And the service guys were very thorough and knowledgeable!
