products are superior to anything else I have used, techs are excellent with handling
your carpet needs. I've tried other companies, and would never go back to the
old methods of soapy cleaning, "raking", etc. that destroys my carpet. Our carpet comes
out fluffy, completely clean, just like new after you cleaned it - as always! Won't use
anyone else
Everything! It was a gift to my mother &she thanks me more than any other gift I've given. The carpet is like new and so soft, &the couch chairs look new also!!

Carpet was just cleaned Mon. 28 of nov. Took a little longer than expected to dry.Approx, 13 hours. You have good equipment and the technician was very carefull and thorough and on time. Carpet looks great !!

The technicians were very nice and thorough and they made sure we had all our areas cleaned in a timely manor.
well I new the stain would come out thank you for sending someone else out he did remove stain but I should have not had to go through that.
Lower your price for cleaning a 4' X 6' rug. $60.00 was a ridiculous amount of money and it wasn't cleaned any differently than a whole room rug for $40.00

Driver was great. Carpets look great. But when it came to the paying of the bill it was $233 dollars and I had only singer up for the three room special. I had asked about a chair and about a fourth room. But when I made the appt. it was for the three room special. Not ok to add stuff on my bill just for me asking about it.
I was told a 25 dollar charge for some stain resist product and I was charged 25 a room $75...I would have never done that if I was told it was 25 a room.
then your tech took pics of my house.... very unprofessional...I was shocked....
Still have areas that do not look clean
I was not here when the carpets were cleaned but my neighbor,who was here, said the people were very professional and did a good job. The first thing I noticed, when I did get home, was the brightness of colors and fresh smell in the rooms. Very nice!!
The price was very high, especially for the spot treatments but my carpet is very clean but I can still smell the pet urine from my dog.
Carpets feel clean and soft not stiff. The technician was professional, polite, and knowledgeable.
The service is the best and my carpet came out beautiful even though it had been filthy before cleaned.

As we discussed options for my carpet I could tell they believed it their product and it wasn't just an "up-sell".
I asked about getting my grout cleaned ( they were setting up) and had had the process explained I was convinced

Professionalism and results.
The workers where very profesional and the job was done in a timely mannor.
I was a little dissatisfied on how the priceing was explained on the phone compaired to the was it was explained by the workers.
The stairs were clean if the carpet lays down but not if it goes the other way. I paid alot of money I was wanting it done better.
