For a first time customer, I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how my carpets turned out!! I haven't had them cleaned in years, and was embarrassed to entertain, but, NOT ANY MORE (and I don't have to replace them either)! Casey did an OUTSTANDING JOB and I will DEFINITELY have you come back and will HIGHLY recommend you. Starting with the appointment with Danielle, she, and Casey, have been an ABSOLUTE PLEASURE to deal with, very professional, very friendly and an asset to your company! The technician was very friendly and very thorough. I had some pet stains that I was unable to get up and the dogs kept peeing in the same spot even after I had cleaned it. With the pet treatment he did, the stains and the smell is gone and my dogs haven't even sniffed that spot since!
I was very disappointed that your representative mentioned stains would not return as fast with this process; however, they did! Therefore, I was very unhappy!
He was very curtious and informative; however, tried a stainless steel cleaner that was not good! We attempted to clean one of my stainless steel appliances and it did not work!
Right now it looks perfect, I like that it dries fast and it stays looking clean longer than other company's service.
I had only one day and one time slot that I could book someone to come and clean my carpets. Zerorez was gracious enough to work me into their busy schedule that accomodated mine. The Last name removed was resonable and the carpets look great.

I like the product and the results that zerorez offers.The only consideration I had was the overall cost per square foot.If it's a system that changes the water why is the product so expensive?I usually get my carpets cleaned twice a year.For a returning customer couldn't you offer something a little more attractive like four rooms for $129.00.I asked a return call but didn't receive one.I wanted to emphasize that the technician did an excellent job with the carpet.If the overall cost was a little more reasonable I could get more of my carpet cleaned.I usually prioritize the carpet that needs to be done.Please feel free to call.Phone number removed) Thanks-Name removed
I love that you do not use suds/chemicals and it really did get my carpet cleaner than ever before, almost like new.
the young man who came out was very polite and knowledgable. He got to work and made sure we knew how long to dry and gave us booties knowing we couldn't stay off of it. The carpet looks great, i have never seen it so clean. We have synthetic berber and the pile looks great. Thank you and we will call when it needs to be done again. First name removed

The technician took his time and cleaned my sofa thoroughly and professinally! He was very courteous and efficient. There products are clean and safe; no harsh or strong chemicals. I will definitely use Zerorez again and highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet and/or upholstery cleaning!

My carpet was in awful shape and now it looks beautiful! Other carpet services I've used in the past left my carpet soaking wet and not all that clean. Casey was very good. He went above and cleaned my Dads carpet also and we are both extremely pleased. I will be using Zerorez from now on.

I LOVE that the carpet is soft and cushy. It feels very, very clean-no residue, no stiffness. The employees are professional, friendly and very competent.
Your tech Chad Bogle did an incredible job in just one afternoon making my 17 year old ceramic tile, grout and carpet all look like brand new.
I like the lack of chemicals used and the technician that came to my house was friendly, informative about the process, and was careful to protect my walls and cleaned everything up. Great experience all the way around.
I was pleased with the easy way to make an appointment online. The young man who came was on time and worked hard for a couple of hours. The carpets and chairs look great and I love that there was no smell and that everything dried in about 5 or 6 hours. Thanks again for the good service.

The service people called ahead to give me a heads-up that they would be here soon. They came when they said they would. They were pleasant and polite. They had all the equipment they need. They did an excellent job and left no unpleasant traces that they had been here.
Your service and personnel are great. On time, and very customer oriented. Allen was dedicated to making me have a positive carpet cleaning experience! I very much like the idea of no detergents or chemicals being used to clean my carpets. I am a happy, repeat customer and I will never use any other carpet cleaning service!
