Joshua was very knowledgeable and kind and patient with my questions and concerns in some of the areas of my carpet that was from a previous owner and their dog. He was very friendly and explained in detail each product and process that would take place from start to finish. My carpets looked amazing when they were finished drying. Will use you guys in the future for my next cleaning.

Our service was done by Jordan. He was very efficient and courteous. Our older rugs were in pretty rough shape, but after cleaning they look and smell great! The outcome is better than expected. We will definitely be using Zerorez again and will request Jordan as our cleaner. Price was very reasonable!
