Professional cleaning
The cleaning part was satisfactory. There were three things that didn’t set well with me.
The tech was consistently attempting to upsell in a manner that came across as talking down to me. He also started talking about all the negative aspects of the carpet. He just didn’t have the communication skills to deliver the message he was intending to deliver. It was like he was using a memorized script instead of attempting to relate to me and my situation.
In the master closet there were several computers sitting on the floor. An oversight on my part I didn’t realize this until after he left. He should have brought this to my attention so that I could have moved them out of the way. Instead he only partially cleaned the floor in the closet without saying a word about the situation.
The hoses leaked water, which he did attempt to mop up. All he did was use a device that was quickly saturated with water, so the end result was to just spread the water over a larger area of the floor. My real estate agent had paid for a cleaning crew to come in and cleaned the house the day before. They had mopped and cleaned all the tile. The floors were clean and looked nicely. After the tech left, there were severe water spots on the tile that I had to clean up myself.
I just moved here from out of state and you were recommended by my real estate agent. I will be providing this feedback to her as well.
As far as what you can do to make it right, I’m not sure. There is now furniture in all the rooms, so coming back out won’t be of benefit. I’ll leave the decision of how to make things right to you.
