I liked how efficient and professional they were. The arrive ahead of my scheduled time, which was a plus. My carpet looks great and no sticky residue. I ended up adding my stairs once the technician was here and it was no problem. I will definitely be using Zerorez again.

We were unhappy with the first technician. He was running a little late and seemed to do a "quick" job to make up the time. I called and you sent out another technician 2 days later and the results seemed to be much better. He seemed to take his time. Thanks for standing behind your work!

For our first service with Zerorez, we had a great experience! The process was super easy. We made our initial request for service for cleaning of three area rugs via online, and the rest of the communication was via text. We were uncertain if our rugs would qualify for in-home cleaning or would require the off-site bathing process, but Zerorez provided detailed information and different options to help us make that decision. They also provided several quotes for the different scenarios. The rep I chatted with for initial scheduling and quotes was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and prompt. The service tech was no different and even took the time to say "hi" to our pup. Bonus points! He wore booties while inside our house to clean one of our rugs and took the other two for a deep clean at Zerorez's facility. After all they've been through, they need it. The rug we had cleaned in-home looks great! I'm hopeful the same will hold true for our rugs receiving extra care and attention. I would definitely recommend Zerorez for their cleaning services!
My old carpet looks really good after the cleaning. It was done so fast and even the traffic areas came clean.
The couch you "cleaned" still had stains and dog hair all over it. We cleaned it better with a vacuum. I would like to talk to someone about your services. We have pictures of the couch after it was "cleaned" and after we really cleaned it with a vacuum attachment. I don't think the couch cleaning was worth $160. Zerorez was affordable and very easy to make an appointment. The tech called when he was on the way so I didn't have to spend all day waiting for him.
All I can say is wow! My wood-look tile floors look new again and my white couch is sparkling! Almost our entire home was done in 2 hours in the most professional manner. Not only did our home get the best service imaginable, our tech also provided education for cleaning our floors in between professional cleanings. We will be hiring ZeroRez again and again.
