I recently hired Zerorez to clean the air ducts in my home, and I couldnt' be more impressed! From the moment Seth arrived he displayed a high level of expertise and he efficiently assessed the ductwork, explained the process and went right to work! This service left me with the peace of mind knowing my family is breathing cleaner air. I highly recommend Zerorez and Seth for their outstanding service! Easy to schedule and the tech Ryan showed up on time and explained the process and what he thought we needed for the areas we wanted done. He worked hard for several hours and the result was great! Highly recommend!!!
Our technician was so wonderful! She took extra care make sure the hoses didn’t crape the walls. She kept an eye out for my cat (that I couldn’t seem to find, and eventually did). She did a great job and our carpets look fantastic!!

Area rug price doesn’t make sense since you do 3 rooms for 129 or one area rug for 100
Bid the job accurately so the price isn't increased upon arrival. Was charged an additional $81+ because no hallways were included in tbe bid. That's poor bidding process on your part.
I used Zerorez on my 4 year old carpets. They had quite a bit of use as I have 10 grandchildren. My technician, Alex, explained the process thoroughly and did a great job protecting my walls, door and wood floors. He was very detailed and worked to get stubborn stains out. Our carpets look brand new! They dried very quickly and there was no chemical smell as I’ve experienced with other carpet cleaners in the past.
