Customer service is exceptional, set up the appointment within a day, the tech was knowledgeable of products, the results of the cleaning and what other cleaning products do to the carpet short term and long term. As well as being friendly not just a tech doing his job. Just picture white carpet add new puppy that loves to dig in dirt and mud then run through the house like a bandit. Ugh! This was the first cleaning with Zerorez, but not the last. Thank you for the great service and the professional yet friendly tech.

I was a general manager for Zerorez in Las Vegas and was completely sold on the process for cleaning carpets. I have recommended Zerorez to anyone who wants their carpets clean without soap and other chemicals. If I did not have Zerorez, then I would not have carpets! The service was great. Casey and the staff kept us informed about the expected arrival times. My sister's house and my sister-in-law's house all have white carpets. They came out clean and almost like new. The "Enpowered water" is really cool. The idea of not using shampoo or soaps is awsome. Your representative that did the work was incredibly friendly and professional along with his knowledge of the product really impressed me. He was personable and yet still got to work and was productive with his time. He's a keeper!!!!

I only had tile cleaned and I really think it wasn't thorough enough. It seemed that he just whizzed through. My tile has lots of indentions and I would like to have him go a little slower with the scrubber. It was more like a lick and a promise than real cleaning.

This is the third year in a row I have used Zerorez. Your Techs are great and I am very happy with the results.

Pricing for oversize rooms was a little high. When a room is just a little bigger than the 20 by 15 max on the special, it counts as a double room. Plus a room where the rug was mostly covered by furniture, it still got doubled. Overall, even with the 3 rooms for $129, it was still a little pricey - $389, when it only took about 2 1/2 hours.

Mark did a remarkable job. Carpets came out better than when they were new. His work ethic was so appreciated. He would not stop until things were perfect. I had him clean my love seat and couch and they, too, turned out better than when new. I have told my neighbor about Zerorez and she took a business card from Mark. I am sure you will hear from her.

Perhaps it was just lucky timing for my phone call for service, but I phoned on Monday & was able to get carpets cleaned on Thursday....impressed with that! Carpets are cleaned & look like "brand new" again.....impressed again! I will definitely recommend your company to friends & family. Thank you for the great service!

This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever used. Carpets have come cleaner than I could have expected. The staff is extremely professional and go above and beyond. I plan on continuing to use Zerorez and referring them indefinitely.

I'm a little disappointed in my stone cleaning and sealing. I thought the seal would give the travertine a very very slight sheen, especially in the traffic areas. Instead it is dull, and the areas that don't get traffic don't match, so it still looks dirty.

We used the floor tile cleaning service and the floor looks brand new even though it is 10 years old.

Our technician was SUPER! I've had a lot of carpet cleaners in the past and this guy (Al?) was the best ever.

I had heard the advertisements on the radio and they said the carpets would not have the "crunchy" feeling. My carpets were very crunchy and I had to vaccuum them again to get rid of the feeling. They also felt like there was something on them - not as soft as they used to be.

Stop the minimum $199 charge to Cave Creek. Too much considering you have to move the furniture yourself. The carpets look great. Love the service. Feel cheated on the Cave Creek up charge.
