I liked that my room did not smell like chemicals, but clean and the carpet was not crunchy as it dried. My carpet looked amazing, almost like new and my couch looked great.
I like the use of water rather than cleaning agents and soap. The process didn't leave my house smelling like detergents. My carpet and love seat look great. The technician was courteous, knowledgable, and informative. He explained the process, provided information, and asked about any questions or concerns I had before he began the cleaning process.

This was the first time I have used Zerorez but have been hearing good things so I decided to try them out. I was very impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees and that they were able to fit me in very quickly after calling for an appointment. The worker who came was early and worked efficiently and did a great job. I don't have opinions either way on chemicals but it was nice to know that no chemicals are used and the carpets came out very clean - better than I expected - and dried very quickly!! I was very impressed with Zerorez and will only use them as carpet cleaners from now on. I have been recommending them to anyone who asks and even people who don't! :)

The Zerorez serviceman arrived on time and did an impressive job cleaning my carpets. He was very efficient and thorough and answered all my questions in a competent and informative manner. I will call Zerorez again when my carpets need cleaned.

This was my first time using Zerorez, and I'm extremely satisfied! Our carpet is white, again! We vaccum regularly, but after 5 years, the pile on our carpet had become worn flat and discolored. The Zerorez team was very professional, answered all of my questions, and took extra care not to harm wall corners or furniture. The carpet is like new again and is so soft and clean! I was worried that I would feel some residue when walking in bare feet, but there isn't one, just like the product claims. It took about 5 hours for it to dry enough to walk on, but was completely dry overnight. I will definitely use Zerorez again. Thank you!
