Technician said that you all do not do large area rugs that lay on top of carpet. I’ve never heard that before. Seemed like job was rushed. No attempt to engage or try to have a repeat customer. To me customer service is a big piece of the job. A little disappointed.

The area rug by our front door still looked the same; just a few spots that are still there. The rug that was under our kitchen table looks great. We had put in on the driveway for cleaning. He was able to clean that one with his solution. The living room and bedroom turned out okay but felt crispy in spots. He was here for about 30 minutes and we thought it was a little pricey for the amount of time he was here.

Zerorez is the company I call for carpet cleaning. Their prices are fair, and they arrive on time. The techs are polite, friendly, and efficient. They do a thorough cleaning. I'm always happy with the results.
Dissapointed in results. Have always been pleased - this time not so much. Traffic arrears once dried don't look as if they were cleaned really. No pre-treatment was recommended. He did sell me protectant though - which may seal in the dirty areas.

The carpets stay clean for a long time.
The young man Maurice was a gentleman and very nice.
There's a lot of residue that was left on the tile (I'm sure it's from the grout sealer). So, the grout is looking a whole lot better, it's the surface of the tiles that left me wondering if there's a better way (or should we wait several hours before walking on the surface?)
Friendly techs reliable scheduling
Customer service is great! Carpets are clean without any spots or residue We chose to wait 24 hrs before moving furniture back to position (suggested 12-18 hrs) . We were able to walk on carpet with socks on to make beds etc.
Aaron did a fabulous job, I’d ask for him again. He was professional, kind, explained the process & gave info & advice, but no pressure, all final decisions were made by me.

Jason arrived early and was friendly and polite. He was efficient and did a fantastic job. The carpet is so clean and fluffy and soft under our feet! Best of all there is no residue or scent left. Thank you Zerorez!
