When I had scheduled my appointment online I had scheduled for cleaning of 2 rooms and the hallway. This had been scheduled about4-6 weeks before the actual appt and I had not recalled the specifics of my request. When the technician arrived I showed her my living room and hallway and she did a great job but never made mention that I would be charged for a second room and I did not have her clean a second room. I feel like that should have been brought up at the appt that I had paid for two rooms but only had her clean one. I did speak with the company and was provided a credit. I realize I am partially to blame here as I did not recall what I had scheduled. Thank you.

Cesar was very professional, friendly, and courteous. He did a great job on our carpets and area rugs, and offered a specialized service for our Turkish rug runner. That was appreciated. He did a good job and didn't take a long time, plus he was early. I would use Cesar again to do my carpets.
Great service, friendly provider and carpets look amazing!
First of all, they told me they would give me a30 minute notice of when they are coming. 10 minutes later my husband called me at work to say they were already here and were almost done, apparently this was a different guy than who was supposed to come. I work 10 min from home. I wanted to be home before hand so I can move things out of my office. I was charged by room.$45 a room. My office room got only 30 square ft washed. Then I just wanted an area rug washed around the edges. The rug is 7x10 I just wanted the edges. He chg me $84 for the little bit. Almost as much as the initial $135 I was quoted. The area rug was done before I got home. I would not have had that done. It cost $200 instead of the $135 I was expecting.
The technician was very nice and did a good job! Because of him, Zerorez gets a 7.
I expected a 30 minute lead time. The outcome would have been different.
I was impressed with All the top of the line quality equipment. It truly left no sticky residue or weird smells during the cleaning process and after.
And the customer service on all fronts was impeccable! Zerorez Technicians are very educated about what they are doing and will answer any questions you have, including proper future care for any type of flooring.
They’ve definitely made a believer out of me and now I’m a Zerorez customer for life. I’m never wasting my hard-earned money on any other cleaning company again!

Was offered a special coupon price and when the job was finished the company added $20 for the environment ... what's that. It took my time and a phone call to get it right. NOW ... after the carpet dried we are leaving foot prints all over when we walk on it. It is like soap is left in the carpet. Very disappointed with the service. The representative was very nice and worked hard and neat throughout the rooms. He was not the problem ... it is the final job looks wrong. I never seen foot prints after all other carpet cleaning jobs. Time to go back to Stanley Steamer for excellent results.

I like that my carpets come out looking so clean and stay clean for a long time.
We felt the spots we had could have been removed to a better degree.
The finished product is always very good. The operator was very knowledgeable and informative.
The serviceman who came today, March 22, 2024, was outstanding!!! He did a marvelous job and worked very hard!!! He was knowledgeable and personable.
