Good value for the cost with excellent workers
Very professional.
It was good overall. Just worried about cleanliness with shoe wearing once carpets/floors are clean. Our entryway was disgusting after the carpets were done. It should be included in any service.

The techs cleaning my dryer vent showed up 20 minutes after the arrival window had ended and never called to let us know they were on their way. They were unapologetic when they arrived and left my front courtyard a mess with dryer lint.
Everything feels & looks so clean no chemicl odors what so ever!
After all these years and I am still amazed at how clean this carpet gets each time. No crunchy carpet after they leave. Love me some Zerorez ! .
Efficient and professional.
The associate, Ryan, was outstanding! He was efficient and explained everything he was doing. Made some suggestions that were needed. The process was great and the product was great, but he was the one who sold us.

Zerorez is always professional. Their two man team always works well together and gets the job done quickly. Carpets dried pretty quick this time and are soft, not crunchy like some cleaners.
Joachim came promptly on time and diligently worked till our carpets were cleaned and protected from future stains/dirt. No harsh cleansers were used. Thanks again!

I like the fact you don't use chemicals on the carpet and the techs have always done a really good job.
However, when the techs came to do the ducts last week their vehicle left large oil spots on my driveway and when the tech came yesterday to do half of the carpet in my house (I have carpet everywhere), their vehicle also left oil spots.. When the techs come next Tuesday to finish the other half of the carpet, I am going to have to request that they park in the street so I don't have any more oil spots in my driveway which I was unable to get up with oil/grease remover.

The technician is knowledgeable and efficient. He is careful and efficient as he works with the equipment. I like that my carpet is not soaked and left spotlessly clean.
Technician was on time and notified me ahead of his ETA. He was very polite and listened to my requests and concerns. The carpet cleaning was excellent and the stone and grout cleaning was pretty amazing. The carpet wasn’t super wet after cleaning and dried in a couple of hours.

First of all I was under the impression I would have three rooms of carpet cleaned for $135.00. The technician did a poor job and left certain areas of two rooms of carpet untouched. In the past I have used Zerorez but was always surprised to learn that there were upcharges fr everything. We have now used your service at least 6 times in the past 8 months. No discount for being a returning customer, no discount for the upcharges for previous services. I thought customer satisfaction was something you held high regard for. After this cleaning I know this is not the case.
