Our tile floors are sparkling clean and the grout looks fantastic. Our carpet looks new again. Joshua, our ZeroRez technician was thorough and knowledgeable.
Places of carpet are crunchy/stiff despite “no chemicals” being used. The area mostly affected is the hallway. I am uncertain if the black light used to determine if animal urine/feces is present is the most accurate test to determine. Within an hour after carpet cleaner left a cat defecated in the same area of carpet that had been “tested”. I am familiar with cat urine and its potency. It cannot just be washed away with soap and water. I’ve used Dawn and Vinegar, Natures Miracle, Angry Orange and several other products that are said to be formulated for urine and feces.

The carpet looks great!!
When I booked the rug cleaning I mentioned some pet stains. When our technician came out, it took him 10 minutes to clean the rug. I told him I felt like there was no difference than before he cleaned it. It was still matted down. He said if it’s been walked on, then that’s how it’s going to look. I cleaned it with a hand held and it looked cleaner than it did yesterday. So instead of giving it another pass, he raked it. I asked him about the stains on the backing from the dog urine. He said the rug would have to be dipped for that to come out and that’s about $500. By this time, I. was over it. The rug still looks like it did before it was cleaned and it smells.

The people who have gone out to clean our carpets have been professional, polite and informative. Brenden was exceptional. I like how the carpet dries and looks new. No crunchy rugs with zerorez.
There was a miscommunication in the cost of the treatment for pet stains. I was told the cost would be an additional $75 for a gallon. I agreed to that. We determined there were 4 stains that needed treating. The technician was working on the stains and then informed me he had already used 3 gallons! I told him I had agreed to 1 gallon and questioned whether I now had to pay for 3? At the end of the cleaning, sure enough, what should have cost me $195 now was $345!. My carpets were extremely wet and took 2 days before they were dry. I called the office the next morning and shared my experience. I was told I would get a call back and I am still waiting for that call back.

Service was prompt, thorough, and affordable. Technician was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was training a new employee and had a great demeanor. The trainee did an excellent job, and also had a great personality. I’m very happy with the job they did cleaning my couch.
The carpet cleaning was done well but there wasn’t even the slightest attempt by the technician to wipe up the amounts of water left on the floor outside both bedrooms by the hoses.
