This is the 3rd time I have had Zerorez do my carpet cleaning and I'm so happy with the results. My carpet is old and needs replacing. I seriously thought it would be money wasted if I tried one more time to clean it but decided to do it anyway. Wow, I was shocked with the results! I was so happy with their cleaning....my carpet looks amazing. I would highly recommend Zerorez - you will be so pleased that you chose them to do the job.
I also was very impressed with their office staff. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. They keep in contact with me via email reaffirming the date and time they would be here plus they called about 30 minutes before arrival time to let me know they were coming. There were no "might's, maybe's, or could be's" in our conversations.
I even emailed their office with a question and got a response immediately. What wonderful customer service - a real rarity nowadays! Needless to say, I had a very good experience and would recommend them. They will do an outstanding job.

I was extremely satisfied with the services I received. Tray and his co-worker were great. The total process was thoroughly explained and completely answered all my questions.They tackled the issues I had because of my dog. They were knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous. They represented your company very well.
I recommend Zeroez to any and all people if they are concerned about chemicals in their carpets where their children play.

I highly recommend Colton & his helper. They cleaned my carpeting on 4-17 and did an excellent job. They were very prompt on arrival time. I explained a few things to them that I wanted done and they immediately got busy. They were soon done & on their way. They were 2 very nice gentlemen.

I always use Zerorez, and recommend to to friends and family. My tech this last time was Travon B, he was very professional and did a through job. Carpets dried very quickly and what I like is that Zerore doesn't leave your carpets soggy or crunchy when dry.
