Products are Products, yes yours seam to be less chemically... but finding good people is the key for any reputable quality company. Our tech was very personable, did a great job, took his time explaining the process, and towed the company line by offering other services before he packed up. At the end of the appointment I was told basically that what ever film was on the tile couldn’t be removed because it may harm the equipment, it would have been nice to know this prior to having the tile done in the first place. I would have to think “these experts” would be able to make that call prior to starting, and me paying beer 900$ to hav emu floors cleaned. My tile now looks blotchy and I wish I just left it alone.
Please let the customer know where you are getting the water from. To do the cleaning?
I like the concept of the water used in the cleaning process. I like that the carpeting dries more quickly than other carpet cleaning services. What I don't like is the placement on the payment app for the giving of a tip. Unnecessary and inappropriate for this kind of business.
