Offer discount to do additional work while there - I have throw rug that could have been done quickly while already here but price quoted was more to do rug than two whole bedrooms so I declined.

Your technician Juan was very friendly, professional, and kind. He was thorough and discussed the needs of the deep cleaning with my husband and was able to explain everything very well. He was there late to complete the job and was very kind and understanding of my autistic son when he arrived home. He paid a lot of attention to detail, and I greatly appreciate his service.
The carpet stay soft and look clean.
My experiences with Zerorez have all been good. The technicians arrive at the scheduled time with a text message when they are on their way. The technicians are professional and hard working. I had furniture as well as carpet cleaned on my last appointment with Zerorez. The technician did a thorough job cleaning multiple pieces of furniture. He also paid special attention to worn areas of the carpet.
The technician who did the job - Juan - was very conscious and pointed out problem areas as he worked. Also, the pricing was very clear, no surprises at the end.

From the original call to the tech who arrived for service, all done very professionally. Even though I had only called about upholstery cleaning, I showed him a couple of carpets concerns and he was able to quickly clean those as well. Very pleased! Thank you!
Zerorez had many good reviews from satisfied customers and I like the fact that no harsh chemical's are used and left behind, safe for pets.
The technician (Eric) was prompt and actually a few minutes and asked if it was OK to start, I was notified in advance that my Zerorez technician was on his way.
The service was absolutely outstanding!, I was thoroughly amazed on the results I was seeing shortly after starting the cleaning process. I was impressed by the process and the steps that were taken and attention to detail from start to finish. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend them, thanks for doing such a great job!
