The technicians were friendly, professional and efficient. We’ve always used Zerorez since our carpet was installed. No residue and no odor. Only a fresh clean feeling when they’re done. Our eight year old carpet looks great!

I like the way Zerorez cleans the carpet. No soaps are used which can leave that cakey feeling and feel gross when you walk on it. The ease of scheduling is also nice.

Customer service was great. Floors were clean and not damaged. Carped dried quickly and had no smell and wasn’t crunchy or stretched. It was very clean. Our cleaner Shawn was fantastic.
The technician did a great job cleaning my carpets. She was polite and diligent. My only complaint is I got a 10 minute warning for her arrival, not 30 minutes like my email advised.
