The water is very good for cleaning just about everything. The mop head does a very good job of cleaning the hard wood floors and spot cleaning the rugs, Your people are very professional and clean when the young man visits hour home. GOOD COMPANY!!

I gave the phone attendant our measurements when I scheduled the appointment and the price went up almost three hundred dollars after the technician arrived. I'm an architect and measure things for a living and gave her very accurate dimensions. This was frustrating. It felt like I was getting worked talking to the technician before he started. The cleaning was great but this left a sour taste.

My 13 year old carpet looks like new! I like that I knew what to expect, as the procedure was explained prior to the cleaning of the carpets. I also liked that the process removed old soaps and cleaners that were still in the carpet from previous cleanings. After all was done, the carpet not only looked cleaner, but was soft, not stiff and/or crunchy.
Loved the customer service employee he was at my house to perform a task and he was able to impress me witch isn't achieved easily . No hard sell to purchase other services thank you for a great job

Use only water no soap very professional people and equipment
The carpets were dry the next day and looked very nice. They did a excellent job on the tile,looked like it was just put down.
