I recently had my carpets cleaned and am disappointed in the results to day the least! I had taken before, during, and after photos and the product/technician leave a lot to be desired. The so called pretreatment, in my opinion, did nothing at all. I had 4 rooms, a staircase with 2 landings done, that took around 2 hours. I had discussed with the tech how I currently cleaned our carpets and was reassured that, my way, was inferior. After inspecting the job when he was done I was very disappointed. I do understand that wear is a normal thing and bringing back carpet that has wear/stains to look new again is not reasonable, but with the dirt and stains left behind, I had to personally see for myself just how inferior my methods were. I paid around $430 for a service that was unacceptable. After bringing out my trusty Bissell carpet cleaner and using a off the shelf product, I achieved better results that would of saved me a lot of money. The results were obvious and instant! It took me personally 1 hour to do 1 room whereas it took the tech 2 hours to treat my whole house. Now I know why. The pictures I took speak for themselves and would never recommend this company to anyone looking to have a quality job. Do it yourself and not only see the results but save money. Again, I would never use nor recommend this company! VERY DISSATISFIED! Now, your ad displays 100% satisfaction, so we shall see. Best regards, Name removed.
The technician who cleaned our carpeting was very professional & helpful. I bought the Empowered Water spray cleaner & really like it. However I was very disappointed to find tons of pet hair in the carpeting after it was cleaned. We just bought the home & have even moved in yet. We did know of any history if the home as far as having pets in it or not but after the carpet cleaning there is pet hair coming out of the carpeting.

I could see the difference immediately. While he was cleaning it was like in the vacuum cammericials where you see dirt and then a supper white/clean carpet wherwe the vacuum pasted over. all of the dirt and oil from my dog came right up. I also like the care that was considered of my home. The corner gaurds are a great idea. I was informed of the price over the phone and told other services I may have needed would be reviewed and quoted on site. I got a reminder call for my appointment. Good customer service.

Very clean carpet very professional service
My carpet is now crunchy in most places. Also....there is an orange ring on my carpet along the borders of the carpets and floorboards. The rings are about two inches in width and cover most of the boarders. These were not here before Thursday. The actual person cleaning was very polite and worked very hard even though our carpets were left with rings. Thanks.

The two young fellows Albert and Dan were wonderful, very professional, hard working and gave
100% to getting our carper really clean, going the extra mile with the tough spots and really
did a great job. I love that The product is so environmental and no chemical products. The
alkalinity of the water is wonderful and wish more companies were as forward thinking in their business practices. The guys stayed very late, worked 5.5 hours on our carpet. It looked so good after it was all cleaned! THANK YOU!
Cleanliness of equipment, workers. Things are explained before starting. Works with me if I'm not sure on cleaning certain stains. Carpet dries in a relatively short time. Worker is pleasant
