Everything! My House looks great.
TECHNICIAN WAS VERY INFORMATIVE AND VERY NICE, CARPET CAME OUT WONDERUL LIKE NEW AND VERY SOFT AND THE SPOTS DID NOT RETURN AFTER A WEEK. NEXT CARPET CLEANING THE JOB IS ZEROREZ.
I will be calling for a technician to come out and redo all the areas that were done.

Pricing wasn't the best. Had carpet Shampooed for $110 last time I had a tenant leave. Through zerores I ended up paying about $180. The results seemed the same to me. Your technician who cleaned my rental property was very nice and honest. I give him a 10.

I've listened to your ads for over a year. Kept telling myself, I've gotta try them. I finally book an appointment, and many of my friends asked me to let them know how it turns out. Your staff is amazing on customer service. Your ad you provide is false! Yes the carpets will look better and don't get me wrong, they are extremely clean. However, your ad says you can get pet stains out! That's a lie! Not one came out! So, when it comes to referring, I have to always be honest!

Oh my God! Everything! My carpets had not been cleaned in 2 years. We have a persian with hairballs and stains on the carpet not to mention the tracks from black soled shoes where we are always walking. I have used the same carpet comapany for 15 yrs but John Jay and Rich swear by you guys so I thought I'd give you a try! The Tech was awesome and we will definitely use him again! We also love the Empowered Water and it's already made my cushion spotless after spilling something on it! THANK YOU!!!
I liked that my very dirty carpets were cleaned! The fact that no chemicals were used is stil unbeliveable to me.
I love that you don't use harsh chemicals to clean the carpet and it still comes out fresh smelling and very clean!

I like Zerorez because there are no chemicals that ruin carpets or stay in the carpets drawing more dirt. I have delayed doing this survey because I am still waiting for my area rug to smooth out. Today is the 12th, 7 days since it was cleaned. I've turned it upside down as suggested, and it has improved, but isn't yet flat. One edge is still wavy and the two ends have a bump.

I loved my carpets and there was only one thing I didn't like. I waited till they were all dry and vaccumed but I still had little brown lines in my carpet. I'm not sure why but its only in the last room that was done that its really noticeable.
It left a clean and fresh odor,and dried very quickly.
Mitch at ZeroRez came to my home on Monday to clean my carpets. He was so professional and was so determined to get every spot out of my carpets. He even noticed spots that I didn't and took the extra time to go over those until they were gone. Great job Mitch and ZeroRez! I will never use another Carpet Cleaner!!!
