The carpet was pretty old, but the 2 men that came out about 1 1/2 years ago got the carpet spotless. I guess I was expecting the same thing. The traffic areas didn't come out hardly at all like the first time.
The technicians were on time, worked quickly and the carpet dried fast!
Grout not clean, missed spots, puddling of the sealer, dirty water spots, general condition of rug not clean in spots.

No chemicals
The bedroom was done very quickly and the area close to the baseboards was missed. I had a coupon I had printed off the zerorez website which stated you would get three rooms cleaned for 99.00. The tech told me he couldn't honor the coupon and charged me 143.00. The tech didn't take much time, in the past I have had guys spend 20min in one room really getting it clean. The tech was in and out in 40min, I think it took him longer to sit in his truck and do paperwork that clean my carpets.

YOUR PEOPLE ARE VERY CURTIOUS, ACCOMADATING, ON TIME, PLEASANT, AND WORK HARD UNTIL THE JOB IS COMPLETE. WHEN HE WAS FINISHED HE SAID, "ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THE JOB, BECAUSE IF YOU ARE NOT I WILL DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN!" WHERE CAN YOU FIND THIS KIND OF SERVICE!?

Clean! Stains gone!
I was treated like a sales call. I asked for a quote while the guy was there and since I could only afford a small area, I was made to feel like I wasn't worthy of zerorez.
I think you do a great job. But I have asked 3 times for a receipt and I haven't received one. Hopefully someone is reading this!!
The service was excellent. The serviceman was very accommodating and though. I was impressed by his faith in his cleaning process--the floors look wonderful.
We had a cat who had peed on the floor in several spots and the closet of our upstairs bedroom. We paid for the extra enzyme treatment and for the stain removal service. We were also warned that the smell will never be able to be removed without replacing the carpet and padding and treating the wood floor before. Due to the smell remaining and the stains still showing, the room doesn't feel clean. Plus, before having the carpet cleaned, I used a pink piece of chalk and circled some areas on the carpet that I wanted treated. The pink chalk lines are still in the closet, not the rest of the room - which makes me wonder if the closet was cleaned. The 2 downstairs rooms do appear and feel clean and the chalk marks I purposely made have completely washed away.
