We had used Zerorez in the past for carpet cleaning and the technician was fantastic! Really took his time and concentrated on areas that needed a little extra work. This time, we were really disappointed with the service provided. The technician tried to charge us for 2 areas of tile when the tile is connected and was previously done as one area. The previous technician didn't say anything when we had this service done previously. The technician then gave us a hard time for the size of our bedroom which has a usable carpet space of less than 250sq ft. I felt like they were trying to get more money for the service then we had agreed to over the phone. The previous technician didn't say anything about this area in our past visit either so the fact that this was an arguing point this visit was frustrating. The carpet is crunchy and stiff this time when it wasn't last time. The tile had streaks and spots on it and the grout does not look as good as it did during our first visit. If our first visit would have been like this last visit, I would not choose to use Zerorez again. I was very disappointed with the service provided this time and the attitude of the technician compared to last time.
Good technicians
Forget about Maria on 94.5 radio - listen to me! Zerorez is fantastic! They have cleaned spots on my carpet that no other cleaner has been able to get. I would recommend them to everyone.
Dillon the serviceman was great but I asked him repeatedly if zerorez would make my carpet smell fresh. He said yes I have given five days to see if the carpet will smell fresh (maybe it needed more time to dry0 but as of yet it has a smelly pet smell from the previous renter. for paying 286.00 I am very dissappointed.

Your service & prices for carpet cleaning are great, however we feel that the cost for cleaning our 4 chairs & the little time it took was out of bounds. Also the cleaning of our chairs did not improve their condition.

For the cost of the service it was very disappointing to learn that you DO NOT vacuum beforehand, you WILL NOT move anything and you WILL NOT assist in the moving of anything. I understand that this is your policy, however, you should understand that this diminishes the value of your service.

I like that the job was done well , my carpet looks beautiful and most of all no chemical smell ! Christopher was very nice and knowledgable about what he does ! I have told 6 of my friends so far , I'am sold on Zerorez ! GOOD JOB ! I will use your services again !

Very professional job with great attention to detail.
You guys are amazing! My technician let me use some of the water to clean up while he cleaned the carpet- AMAZING! Also, he was able to "fix" the terrible tile job I did myself 4 years ago. It went from looking like a disaster to a passing grade- not an easy task. I love, love, love the product and results...Highly Recommend.
