I really like that no chemicals are used. I have animals and a young infant. I really like how well trained and customer oriented our service technician was. He was so knowledgable. I will definitely be coming back to zerorez!

Employees work friendly, respectful, and communicated well. The two men worked very well together. They did a very thorough job on carpet and especially on the furniture.

If you were to see my before and after pictures, you could make a commercial. Seriously. When we bought the house, I thought the grout was brown. After the previous owner moved out, we could see the floor under the area rugs and "discovered" almost-white grout and much lighter ceramic tile. Needless to say, I was disgusted. A contractor recommended Zerorez, so I called and made a very entertaining appointment with Ashlin. When the technician came out, he admitted they were VERY dirty and did a spot cleaning to see if it would come up. To say I was shocked at the difference would be an understatement. After posting before and after pics on Facebook, some friends commented that they would even eat off the floors. Now, I wouldn't go that far, but I will walk barefoot in my own house once the furniture arrives!

all our doors and windows were open and the two Techs were not very discreet about the pet stains, etc. Our neighbors all know our business now, and have commented/referencing to the pet odors, etc. They were young and not very professional when it comes to some things. What ever the chemical was that they put down....seems to have a grease film that we are tracking onto our floor tiles...we are slipping and sliding and tracking foot prints from the carpet to the flooring. As far as doing their job...they know WHAT they are doing and HOW...but they could use some professionalism...and not hold conversations. The girl was very inquisitive. They let the dogs out and the girl had to run after them as we are two old people and cant run. That moment was highly nerve wrecking to us to think our dog would run into the street.
