Price was higher than expected. Service was great.

Our technician (Nick) was great, I just wish we had been made aware that cleaning our tile would have caused such severe changes in the color of the tile. Our grout is hideous, tiles are clean but we now have 4 different shades of tile, in addition we now have holes in the grout. No reflection on Zerorez but I will not recommend having tile cleaned to anyone. My tiles look like crap. Nick was a very nice guy.

The Tech was great and our tile and grout came out great but our rugs were still extremely dirty and your services could not clean our shower grout.
I'd recommend being more upfront about what your cleaner can and cannot do.

My carpet stays cleaner. I think its because your co doesn't use soap.

The room still smells like animal waste. I said that I didn't know the exact spots where urine was but pointed out area where there had been poop. The guy didn't even want to use the bio enzyme, so I spent a lot of money and didn't get what I really wanted, and more importantly, what I really NEEDED.

This was my first time using Zerorez and I am very impressed. I received a call letting me know when to expect my technician and he was right on time He was very friendly and courteous and was very mindful of my wood floors. He did a really nice job and tidied up after. Everything dried quickly just as promised and looked wonderful and I love that everything is soft and not crunchy feeling as they have been using other company's.
