My carpet is 10 years old. A long time ago, my carpet was cleaned once by Sears. My experience with Sears was awful and I would never recommend them. It actually made things worst. Zerorez made my carpet look brand new !!!!!

Prices are misleading
There is still an odor of animal urine in the room of concern. I realize that it may not all go away but the odor is still strong.

The carpets look great and your technician was very nice and very good. He checked with me after every room to make sure I was happy with the service. He also stayed late and cleaned the carpets in our RV. Very accommodating!
Grout line in front of washer/dryer was not scrubbed clean as rest of floor area. It probably needed a smaller, hand-held item to butt up against the appliances and work that area. There's a noticeable difference from rest of area that's clean.
Other than that... floor looks great!!
I love that there's no toxic chemicals or foamy soap used. The carpet is not only clean but soft. It really looks like new. The results are remarkable. It does not come cheap, however.
