Like the friendly staff and explanation through the whole process.
Call ahead to give a 30 minute time frame. Rep was 2 hours early which worked out better for us but for other customers they may not be prepared or available.
Enjoyable technician. Worked hard at his job. Explained the process well. Allocated the proper amount of time to be thorough to get the job done within the assigned timeframe.

Overall I am satisfied with the tile cleaning but I would like to have seen a better job of cleaning near the edges. When the grout dried it was apparent the machine does not clean the edges.

I was very impressed with how clean Zerorez got my tile grout. I also really like that no chemicals were used in the process.
Even though he had trouble finding my place he was very professional and offered to do a small bathroom for no additional charge. Carpets and tile turned out great! Plus he still finished in time so I could get to an appointment.

My carpet was in bad shape to the point of demoralizing. Zerorez made the stubborn shag carpet look like new !! Thanks to the procedure and breeze/ weather conditions, the carpet took only 3 hours to dry. Thanks !!
