Friendly staff

We had your company clean some carpet in our directors area and the complaint that I received was the citrus smell was over powering and the noise from the vacuum prevented some people from using their telephones.
I did try and defuse the the complains by explaining to the directors that your company is a "green" company and that the "chemicals that zerorez uses are not toxic.
After all of that , the carpet came out perfectly clean.

Not only is the finished product great, but the timeliness and professionalism of every technician we've had at our home have been consistently superb.i can't say enough good things about them!

The quality of service given was outstanding.

There are still areas that did not come completely clean, including the grout. We understand that cracking in the grout will cause dark marks, but within 2 hours we had black feet. Can't imagine that should be possible.

Clean, no odor and no streaking

I recommended this job to my son and his wife and was completely disappointed with the outcome I believe and feel that there was on attention to detail as was given to my home.

I liked the service guy very much. He was polite, well-trained in business conversation. The deep cleaning/extraction device worked very well on carpet pet stains, and overall, my 12-year old Berber carpet looked great afterward. It still looks good two-weeks later.

I like that the service tech looked clean and respectable. I liked that the service tech used plastic blockers around the corners in my home. I liked the two sets of booties left behind. I liked that the carpet dried soft and fluffy (as opposed to crunchy).
