What could we do to improve?

The service man was very professional and nice. He did his job very we'll. I just don't think I should have to pay for a lot of add ins to get my carpets cleaned. I felt like I was being up sold a little. The guy was great, though. I just don't know if the job is any better than regular cleaning for the price.

I was unaware that I needed to vacuum before the technician came. Perhaps a heads up that I would need to do that or you could vacuum prior to cleaning.

The pet sanitizer that used did not remove all of the smell. The technician said that they can't guarantee that it would remove everything but I was disappointed in the after smell.

What do you like about our products and services?

Love the way your cleaning leaves my carpet. Dries quickly and the tech is not here for all day. I have tried your protect for the first time so I can't judge that yet but I think I will like the end result.

I love the fact that there are no chemicals used. The technician that came out was beyond fabulous. He answered all of my questions and was extremely thorough. Will definitely tell all my friends about Zerorez. Great company and my house looks amazing.
